I don't know half of you half as well as I should like;
and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.
Wow I haven't updated in forever. To say life has been busy though is the most extreme of understatements of all time. I suppose I should start by recapping camp. It's almost as if it never happened it went by so quickly. I do love camp and it is sad passing on from that part of my life but I've been too busy to think about the fact that I'm not going back, and well quite frankly I'm glad I'm not thinking about it.
So I've been spending time getting ready to get married. I guess the question is, can you ever be ready? Probably not but I am excited. I had a bachelor's party on Saturday where we watched football and played video games (ahh that's the life), and I also got to unwind on Tuesday with a Lord of the Rings party, but other than those two times it's been a constant, this needs done and I'll follow it up by doing this. I'm ready to take a week off. Fortunately I get that week right after I get married. Sorry I still can't tell anyone where I'm going but I assure you it's somewhere.
Yesterday was filled with another most interesting thing. I spent the day packing up all of our stuff from the apartment and moving it out. Why would I be moving stuff out of the apartment you wonder? Well I just got offered a job from IBM and Laura and I will be moving to North Carolina for six months. Our families are happy for us although they'd prefer to not see us go, but this is a wonderful co-op opportunity for me and we'll be coming back in not that long. It is a fun and exciting time ahead of us but also stressful. As Tracy was so kind to point out, two of the most stressful things in life are 1. getting married, and 2. moving. We will be getting married, spending a week on our honeymoon, and then a day after we get back we'll be traveling down to North Carolina. Please pray for us in this situation, it is a big unknown and we are stepping out in faith that God will provide all that we need. It will be interesting to see how He does that though.

Definatly praying for both of you. I'm really excited for you!

Congrats!!!!
though I must admit, now I can't get the song Final Countdown (by Europe) out of my head......
Still can't believe you're getting married. The idea of people my age marrying is still so foreign to me (though apparently Maren Dickens - I THINK she went on AMA w/us but I could be wrong - is married as well. She's a year younger than I).
Good luck with everything and CONGRATULATIONS on your job!! My half-bro works for IBM and he always gets the hottest computers (*swooooon* I love computers)
Anyways. Back to work for me!
WOW, how did I miss the news that you're moving? Anyhow, major-league congrats, it was great to see you yesterday and witness such an important event in your life (even when I technically wasn't supposed to be there). =) God bless in everything.
Congratulations both on the new job and getting married! I'll be praying for you guys. You will be missed.
