I don't know half of you half as well as I should like;
and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

Home Runs - Lots of 'em

Wednesday night Mike Piazza (Catcher for the New York Mets) hit his 352 home run as a catcher!!!!!!!!! -- That is a Major League Baseball record! The previous record holder was catcher Carlton Fisk. This was a great day for Mets baseball, not only due to the record but also due to their win over the Giants!

I will point out for those of you who don't know a lot about baseball, that this record only applies to catchers, and thus only counts homers that he has hit while playing catcher. Hank Aaron holds the record for most HR's in a career.

In other news, Gill became the 100th person to post a comment in my blog and gets...*drum roll* -- the satisfaction of a job well done. On a similar note, to Shanna - I was gonna coment in your blog something to the effect of, wow!! 8 comments, I wish I could get that many on one post...but it's a good thing I didn't because my last post got a record (for me) 9 comments in it! yay:-D
